In Memory of Charles T. Black (1950–2025)
Charles T. Black founded Charles Black & Associates, Inc. in 2006 after more than 35 years of industry experience working with Fortune 100 companies. He built the company from the ground up with a clear vision: to provide high-quality, practical training and consulting services that help organizations strengthen performance through their people.
Charles was known for his commitment to integrity, hands-on learning, and real-world application. He believed that training should go beyond the classroom—giving individuals the knowledge, confidence, and skills to perform safely and effectively on the job. His dedication to helping others succeed is the foundation on which CBA continues to operate today.
His legacy lives on through the work we do, the people we train, and the standards he set for excellence.
